Replaced the fuser. Figured out that the printer
was set up with the paper selection of cotton,
instead of plain paper. We fixed this on the
server side and the printer seems to be working
properly.

Thanks for your patience and we will help with
this as soon as possible. The maintenance kit we
ordered is on its way. As soon as it comes in we
will come replace it.

The printer located in 107a is not printing
properly. Leonard has replaced the cartridge and
it is still printing light. He thinks that there
is something going wrong.

The printer is Roseann's.
