She left her portal page and email open.  It was
timed out when she came back.  She logged back
into Portal, but she can't get back into her email.  

She's restarted the computer, cleared the
cache/browsing, reset her pawprint password,
updated Firefox.  It works in another browser, but
she would really like to use Firefox.
