The printer wasn't able to print because of the
driver issue, I downloaded the right driver online
and installed it.Now it work fine.

Lynne is having trouble printing. She is not able
to print to her local printer (20020786). The
printer is giving her an error but she is not
aware of what the error is.. This has been
happening since 3/27/13. The computer has been
shutdown and it still is not printing.
