Solve the problem. The reason was after setting IE
as default. When loading firefox there is a
message if you want to set firefox as defaul the
user need to click no.

Tiffany called in, her email issues has been
resolved, but she is still having problems with
her banner. It needs to default to ie, but it
keeps on defaulting to ff. 

Set the default program as Internet Explorer.

Left VM. She probably has her default programs set for firefox and 
not IE

Task reassigned to UCS Tech.

ff is default for banner and it needs to be IE. 
Same issue again.

Normally, when she opens up banner, it open to ie,
but now it opens up in ff, which causes problems
for her. She needs to have it set so that it opens
up with ie every time.
