Hello,
REF 27 in the library (WOU #20100130) repeatedly
displays the message "USB device not recognized. 
One of the USB devices attached to this computer
has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize
it."  Click the message for more info brings this
screen up (attached).  I didn't notice any
peripherals not working
