They changed DNS so people cannot login using their computer 
names. She is going to have to use her ip address. I told her to just 
not turn off or restart her computer to have to ip address stay the 
same.

Description: Is having issues connecting  to remote desktop; wants 
to talk to someone who can explain why

I was wondering if you were still having the issue of connecting to 
your computer via remote desktop?
If so, please give our helpdesk a call and let them what hours you 
will be best available next week. Extension 8-8925.

She can connect to remote desktop via a different
route (using an ip address) but she wants to talk
to someone about why the regular way does not
work. Its extremely important for her to be able
to have a reliable remote desktop connection.

She can be reached at her home number 503 319 2221

She has office hours Tuesdays  (April 2 10am to
12pm.)
