Changed the sleep setting from a half hour to four
hours. Word and notepad printed just fine and
banner took a little time but that's normal.
Checking back with him this afternoon.

Called and told him it was taking a while because of banner. He 
said it takes forever even when just printing from word.
He wanted prices for buying a new printer so I recommended him 
to Tricia.

When Crawford prints from banner, it takes a very
long time to reach the printer. He wants to have
somebody look to see if its software or a printer
issue.
