Hadn't restarted computer in a while.  Deleted
drivers and printers and reinstalled them.  Works now.

Hi David,

I was looking at your request.  Did you receive a
new printer that replaced an old printer?  If so,
we need to be notified of such changes so we can
make sure everything is changed on the network. 
We need to make sure we first get that new printer
onto our network and next, install appropriate
drivers allowing any users wanting to access that
printer to work.  I will need the location of the
new printer and the name of the old printer to
begin making any changes on the network side. 
Please let me know this information so I can get
that process started for you.

They just got a new printer, on the second floor
in MA. The printer shows up on the list of
printers, but when selected, nothing prints out.
Would like help getting this issue resolved. 

Does not have much available time, office hours
are Tuesdays from 10 to 2:30. 
Printer name is FS Maske
