checking to see whether someone had been out to

My office hours are:
Mondays, 3:45 to 5:30
Wednesdays, 3:45 to 5:30
That would be the best time to install it.

was downgraded to 2007.

Can you please provide me with the WOU number of
your computer tower (not the WOU number of your
monitor, as they will be different)?  I can check
our inventory to see if you have a license to
upgrade to Microsoft Office 2010.

I currently have Office 2007.  Is it possible to
upgrade to Office 2010?

How would I find out what version of Windows I
have?  Could I upgrade to the most current version?

By the way, your webpage (www.wou.edu/ucs) reads
that the help desk is open until 7 PM.  However
when I call 503-838-8925, the recorded message
state that your office closes at 5 PM.
