Had her try to show me the problem, couldn't reproduce it.

Took a look while she wasn't there and couldn't reproduce the 
problem. Left a note asking her to call the helpdesk to let us know 
her hours so that we can have a student tech come in and have her 
show us what's wrong.

I had a virus on Thursday that was fixed and was
off on Friday.  I'm still having some issues with
IE, when I do a search it won't bring up the
results.  My internet is really slow to respond. 
when I click a link in my email it doesn't want to
bring up the Google site.

Ran SuperAntiSpyware in Safe Mode with Networking. Removed the 
Trojan.

Her computer popped up with an message from AVA
soft professional and said her computer is
infected.  When I had her try and open Sohpos,
nothing happened and the AVA came back up and
asked her to run a scan.  She is not able to open
any programs, it does not respond.  When she tries
to get on internet/portal it says site may harm
your computer.

She is around till 5.  Take 30mins for lunch around 1.
