Fix the error by uninstalling the printer driver
and reinstalling the driver. Printer works fine.

Can you please find out both the WOU number of the
printer as well as the name of the printer she is
trying to use?

Giving her a print error message on a printout
every time she prints a document (word, excel,
other programs as well). She tried printing from
another computer and it worked fine, so Nora
thinks its an error with her computer.
