Reinstalled the printer driver on the machine that
was unable to print giving PCL XL error message.

I¿m not sure about the computer WOU ID- can¿t find
the WOU sticker but the OHSU # is A00023590 if
that helps.  The printer WOU ID is 20080201[Edit Inv]. 

 

Here¿s the error message she¿s getting- it prints
a page that says:

 

PCL Xl error

Subsystem: KERNEL

Error: MissingAttribute

Operator: BeginPage

Position: 3

Hilary Holman-Kidd is unable to print from her
computer (in MNB 201) to NU-Saline on krusty (in
MNB 219).  She¿s getting the same error that
KellyAnn Garthe was getting I believe (from ticket
49596), but I¿m not sure how that was resolved.
