When I tried to open files on my H, I & J drives I
received an access denied pop-up.  I think I'm
still having some issues as these should be
available to open.

Several tricky viruses.  Was able to restore
system without reimaging

I haven't heard back yet on this request and need
to have it taken care of asap - we start the
payroll process next week and I don't have time to
restart my computer and find ways to work around
the problems.  Please have someone come and look
at it asap.

I am still having computer issues.  When I log in
sometimes I am unable to access my files on the H,
I & J drives.  I have to restart my computer and
then maybe I will have access.  Yesterday I had to
restart it 3 times during the day in order to get
to my files.  I also cannot print pdf files.  I
seem to be able to print other files but not pdf.

I will be out of the office this morning 8-9 and
will have a meeting later in the morning, I'm not
sure of the time yet.  Just give me a call to set
up a time to have my computer looked at.

Refer to 50041.  She had a virus problem that led
to this.

I do not have access to my files on the H, I & J
drives.  I can get into the files on a different
computer, but not mine.  I need to get access so I
can finish some work that needs to be done.
