Solve the alignment problem by uninstalling and
reinstalling the printer driver on the machine.
Now it works fine.

The printer BOB is not printing correctly. When
the printer is printing the alignment looks to be
off. Mike Ross took at the printer and the thinks
that there is a driver that needs to be updated.

The printer is located inside the front door of
the physical plant front office.
