Computer is done. Went by office to drop off, not there. Left VM 
telling him to let me know when he's in again.

Dropped off the loaner Win 7 box until the re-image is done.

Both the printer errors and the slow computer time are isolated to 
his profile. Re-imaging now. Will need to install Turning Point, 
Google Earth, Real Player, and Play Free Chess. Will need to make 
him the admin and make sure the mouse is left handed as well.

He is unable to print to the printer in NS 204. 
He has always printed to it, but yesterday he 
started having trouble. He is not getting an 
error message from the printer or the computer. 
It shows that he is connected to it. He has 
restarted both pieces of equiptment and it still 
is not printing. 

Also, 
  His computer is continuing to run slow. He said 
someone came over a couple weeks ago but it still 
takes a long time to get onto the internet and 
about 20-30 seconds to save a file.
