The monitor has an orange or green light on the power button. Right when turned on, it says "auto detect (digital input) entering power save" and then the power button turns orange. The tower just doesn't respond. We can see no lights anywhere. This computer has been "special" for awhile and kinda fixed up to get it functioning from what I can remember.
