Installed the creative suite but Adobe Acrobat was not working. 
Claimed that it didn't have the proper license even though it was 
valid. The other Adobe programs worked just fine. Will have his 
office open tomorrow so that someone can come in.

worked on the computer before.

when he opens a browser it always asks him to
download anti-virus.  He can't get past the
messages.  Ermie tried malware and it came back
and said there were threats detected but he can't
remove any of them.  When Ermie signs onto the
computer, there is no issues.  

Ermie will be around till 1 and Neng will be
around all day.

He is unable to get onto the internet. 

He uses IE, it opens and goes to the university 
webpage but will not go to any other websites. 
Error message says..warning the site you are 
trying to visit will harm your computer. Just 
started today, he restarted the computer but it 
didnt help. 


It sounds like he may have gotten a virus
