Greetings,

 

One of the staff in our office¿Trenton Nettles
cannot get into banner. It says he needs to update
the plug in. When he does the update it says the
file is corrupt. Hmmm. Can you please put a
priority on this? We need to send invitations out
today for Leadership Recognition Night so we need
V#¿s and addresses. The WOU number for his
computer is 20101043[Edit Inv]. Thank you!
