Video problem was fixed when the user updated firefox.

Another problem - displays an error upon login:

Looks like it's having problem accessing the Health I Drive upon 
login due to not having the proper user permissions.

Will check out tomorrow.

Possible fixes:
-Update/check Adobe
-Check/enable plugins and extensions
-Restore Firefox to factory defaults (see 
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/946562 )

When she tries to play a video in firefox, it just
goes to black screen.  

She is in Room  133 of Health and Counseling.

She is available tomorrow between 8- 9 or 4-5 or
the same times on Friday.
