Was able to download files fine when Adam and I tried it. Left 
instructions for how to properly save downloaded files and our 
phone number if he had any more problems.

He opens an email, downloads the word file, saves
in my documents, it will save in desktop, but will
not save in his documents file.  When he tries to
save it again, it says that the document already
exists, but it is not listed.
