This printer is fixed. One of the gears needed
replaced.

Checked it out. Printer is much worse than described. It sounds 
like a machine gun going off and occassionally makes warbling 
noises as well. It keeps trying to print test pages but the pages 
come out looking like ink splots on a white piece of paper, a 
regular test page missing huge splot shaped parts in the middle, 
or comes out with with a couple of smaller ink splots but the paper 
looks like a greasy, white fast-food paper bag. It looks and sounds 
like the printer is trying to kill itself.

Checked for solutions online and didn't come up with anything.

They are down to 1 printer now in that section.

When they try to print to this printer, it paper
jammed, the gears grind, and continues to jam
repeatedly.
