Good afternoon UCS help desk staff:

Jared Petersen came over today and was able to log
in properly from both the regular network and then
the computer itself.

Please close the service ticket number.

If we have further issues, I will contact you.
I'll cc the KWOU technical engineer, Clara Pratt.

Again, we appreciate Jared coming over so quickly.

Went over and was able to login on both the ucsadmin login and 
on my networked account. Both were fine. Told Shelby to call our 
helpdesk if the problem pops up again.

One of the employees was updating the virus
software and it froze.  She did a hard reset.  Now
it won't let her past the control/alt/delete
screen.  She did a system diagnosis from the boot
menu, but it didn't come up with anything.  
It is in WUC 106A

KWOU 88900.

Someone is in the office at 3.  
Shelby Case will be there from 7:30-4:30 tomorrow
