I spoke with Michael Ellis regarding the user that
got locked  out of banner. He refer me to Faye
Whitenack that is responsible to unlock user
account on Banner. I give the user Faye Whitenack
contact details.

LaRon is using internet explorer. He got locked
out of Banner for using the wrong password. 

He will be in his office all morning today.
