They were low on toner. I was able to print out a
few test pages but would like to do some double
sided test prints. Check back on this task at the
end of the week.

****This is an email****

Dear Help Desk,

The Xerox Phaser 4620 Printer in NS 021 (WOU #:
20120361) has a paper jam that I can't remedy
despite my repeated efforts to clear it. The
printer is used by several folks in the basement
of the NS building so we would be MOST GRATEFUL if
you would have someone come over and clear it as
soon as possible.

Thank you!
