Reset the printer, is now printing correctly

The printer HL-CommunityUsers is givign and error
code "error timeout, offending Comand Timeout" and
will not print. The printer has been power cycled
 twice and this has not cleared the error. The
printer has been doing this since yesterday.
The printer is behind the information desk.
