where the printer is located

She has tried printing many different kinds of
documents and nothing is getting to the printer. 
Others who are using it are having the same
problem.  Computer says jobs have been sent to the
printer but printer has an error about loading
paper but the trey it refers to has paper.  She
has tried rebooting the printer and her computer.
 There is also a red light flashing on the printer. 

Call before coming since she has limited hours in
the office.  Tuesday-wed 830-3
