Fixed the computer rebooting problem buy running
super anti spyware software on the machine. The
machine works fine.

They brought the computer over.  It's on the back
table at the front desk in a Dell case.

Check-out laptop reboots randomly.  During a
student's session, it would randomly restart and
make him log in again.  The laptop is at the SEP
front desk.
