Both laptops had that program on them last summer.
 One computer in the department is currently using
Assure.

Kathy Bolen,

We recieved your service request for loading the Assure ID 
program on to your WUC laptops. We tried loading a test version 
back in our offices but found that the two licenses that your 
department owns have already been registered.

Do the laptops already have the program installed already and we 
just need to configure it? If not, then you may have to put in a 
purchase request for two more licenses.

Had to install it on a loaner since the program is Windows only. 
Was unable to activate it because the licenses listed in the serial 
and purchase info file had already been used.

Going to do a test install on my tech laptop before we start 
working on the client's machines.

Note: When we go to install them on the client machines, we need 
to make sure we add the WOU#'s on the serial purchase info text 
file in the T: drive.

Load Assure Program for id onto WUC laptops.
