Num lock was not selected before mapping the keys. Works fine 
now. Added printers as well.

The num lock key is not unlocking the keypad
because nothing is working for the right-hand keypad.

Made her an admin, updated her to Java 7, and mapped the proper 
keys.

Dropped computer off with user. Will need to come back tomorrow 
morning to make her an administrator and get TradeKeys to map 
the V key to the Num Lock key.

Dropped off loaner #20071163 and picked up her computer. 
Computer is now in the student tech area of ITC 009 on the 
workstation between Adam and Laven.

Postponing again until the week of the 24th.

Postponing until the first week of June. Will upgrade her computer to Windows 7 then. Also wants Office 2010.
