Sririam picked up his laptop.  He logged in and I
transferred all saved files, made sure his
printers were listed and that his My Documents
folder was saving to the C drive.  He checked to
make sure CS2 was installed.  I let him know to
give me a call if he needs anything else or
notices anything out of the ordinary.

Sririam will drop off his laptop around 10 tomorrow

Thanks Andrew (and Bill) for clearing up the
computer hassles ... Here is to hoping that there
won't be any more blue screens of death and other
hassles that I had ...

A few other notes:
1. The loaner laptop, which was a much older one,
was unstable as well.  And that was even when I
was not running multiple applications.  Attached
is a photo that I took when the display went
berserk, and the computer made some strange noises
as well and everything froze.  As the photo shows,
Firefox was the only program that was open at that
time and I was replying to a student email when it
happened.  Very strange.  Letting you know so that
you folks can look into it before handing it to
somebody else ...

2. I notice that my laptop now has Windows 7.  The
Adobe products that I had on the old machine
haven't been installed in this one.  Let me know
if I am not looking at the list of programs
correctly, or if I should place another service
request, or ...

Finishing last minute updates. Computer will be on desk behind 
SRD with charger.

They have to log in with a wired connection first otherwise their 
wireless won't work.
