Program's on the computer but doesn't have a link to it from the 
"All Programs" section of the Start menu. Wasn't able to add one so 
I gave instructions on how to add a shortcut to the program to the 
desktop and the Start menu.

Good morning UCS staff:

Ryne Buchanan, our new station manager, said he
has not been able to find SAM on our laptop. I
thought this latest version had been installed,
but apparently not?

Could you please have someone come over and
install the program?
