we have fixed it multiple times, can you take a
look and see if there is something we are missing

She also said that it was a wired connection and
working just fine 10 minutes ago.

On her computer it says "connection failed" when
she tries to access her scanner.

She has restarted the scanner but still can't
connect.  Its in the nurses station.
