krusty Ed-Gondor says "sleeping" on its window.
When they tried to print to it, the computer said
waiting for the printer to respond.  

They restarted the printer which then displayed
"ready" but they still get "waiting for the
printer to respond."  The printer is not
responding and they really need it working.
