She said her printer is printing a bunch of paper
at a time and it all comes out gibberish.  She
can't get any print jobs to print properly. Error
message says internal error incomplete session by
timeout.  She currently has it off because it
doesn't stop printing.

Phaser 3250 is the networked name she prints to.

she is available now till 1 today.
