reinstall over the phone and it seems to be
working well now.

Banner is back up and running.

Jenny Lacey called on her behalf and doesn't know
what the issue is but thinks Banner needs to be
uninstalled and reinstalled.  Jenny says the
system is crashing.  It is currently not running.
 Her computer seem to be having the issues with
Banner.
