Banner is now working in Safari

She's trying to access Banner, but when she clicks
on the link from Portal, it takes her to a login
screen. She logs in, it opens another Portal
window.  She clicks Banner again from the new
window and she gets the blocked plugin screen.

She needs this fixed so she can remove holds.
