Katie Halvorson	May 15, 2013 12:39 PM	PDF and Word documents are not getting set to printer. When he goes to print, it says "this printer has been paused do you want to continue printing?" Whenever he says to resume or add to queue it still doesn't do anything. The queue is currently backed up with documents and nothing is being sent to printer. He has restarted the computer. Green light from printer. Continuous printing of blank pages so he took all the paper out so it would stop. He is done for the day but can be on call for help.	Add Attachment
