The only setup we did for the Kindles was powering them on and 
connecting them to the wireless network. This allows you to 
register them to any account that you would like to. Again, I 
would double check with Darin Silbernagel about all of this, but 
setting the Kindles up the way you are describing wouldn't be 
hard at all. It would be as easy as using one account (and I would 
double check your department to know which account they want 
you to use) for all of the Kindles. Then buy the e-books or apps 
or anything on that one account and all the Kindles should be 
able to use everything. There might already be an account that 
your department already has setup for this with previous e-
books already purchased. I'm not sure though. Once you verify 
the method you and your department want to use for purchasing 
and using the Kindles we could help you set them up if you 
needed help at all. Feel free to let us know!

I don't believe we handle reimbursements for the e-books. That 
would be something you would have to contact Darin Silbernagel 
in the business office about. He should know the best way to go 
about purchasing e-books and about and any reimbursement if 
needed.

5 Kindle Fires need to be setup and delivered to
Alicia Wenzel. The W#'s are 20120875-20120879. The
equipment is located in a box (with accessories
for the kindles) on the shelf across from the
restroom in ITC 009.
