I run super anti spyware on the machine. After
completing the scanning process the machine works
fine.

It takes her emails at least 20mins to come in and
when she tries to open something on the web it
loads a white page and then takes forever for
things to show up and when she tries to do
anything it crashes eventually. She restarted and
updated her web browser already and still having
same issues.  It all started yesterday for her.

She is around all day except lunch 12-1.
