Dyl Karbia	May 16, 2013 03:53 PM	I check TODD 242 and the professor said she call the person responsible for banner. And according to her banner was pause. That was the reason she was unable to print documents. They were able solve the problem via phone communication.	Add Attachment

Katie Halvorson	May 16, 2013 01:23 PM	They have been able to print from everything else but Banner. The printer says it is ready but it never actually gets there. They can take screen shots and print that way but straight from banner it is having issues. They have restarted the printer and multiple computers are all having the same issue with the printer. They print to WOU_TR_HP3 in banner. Printer says it is ready and no error message. She is will be around the rest of the day. Printer is in TODD 242.	Add Attachment
