I spoke with Michael regarding this issue and he
ask me to switch the web browser from Internet
Explorer to firefox. That solve the problem.

continuing.. fix it (normally a window pops up
saying fix this problem, and it connects back up).
But this morning the program is not wanting to
stay connected at all.
