We have been trying to get in touch with you via
phone to help you out with your missing file.  If
you are able, can you tell me the name of the file
and in which folder it was saved on your I drive?
 We can do a quick search here to see if we can
find it and restore it for you.

Don called in this morning, and he has a missing
file on his computer that he cannot find. He
dosent know if he accidentally deleted it. Don
wants to know if there is a way for him to get
this file restored.
