Ran Ccleaner and it immediately sped it up. Removed a bunch of 
programs he didn't need (including a fake antivirus program). 
Recommended he clean his desktop.

Talked to him on the phone and told him to use the computer 
today to see if he's still having his issues. Told him to call back 
tomorrow morning to update me on the status so that we can 
figure out what to do from there.

The scan stopped, it walked him through removing
two things.  He's wondering what to do next.

Brad called in once again, he said the scan has
been going on for 40+ hours now. He says it might
have found a virus. Brad also said he missed a
call from Jared, and he has been trying to call
him back, but has been unable to find him.

He called to update us.  The scan is still going
(its been going on for 30 hours).  It says object
detected 0.  

He'll be here till 4:30.

Installed Malwarebytes and is having him run a full system 
scan in the background so that he can get some work done. 
Instructed him to call us when it's done so that we can remove 
whatever it finds.

Brad's computer is running rally slow and the
everything is lagging, even when typing. He is
thinking that there is a virus on the computer. He
has ran SOPHOS on the computer and didn't see any
change on the computer. It has been happening for
about a week. The computer has been restarted.
