The network cable wasn't connected properly to the
system unit when the user try logging in.I
connected the both end of the network cable and
ask the user to try logging in.He was able to log
in  with his account successfully.

Nate has gone through account lookup as well, but
he is still unable to logon.

Yes, he is working on the Mac. There is no error
message, and so the screen box shakes.

He tried restarting three times. The username is
nadunaway11 and the WOU number is 20101079[Edit Inv].

Good morning UCS staff:

Nate Dunaway, the "Northwest Passage" editor, has
been having some issues logging into his Mac. He
has repeatedly tried his username and password,
but there is no computer statement on the screen.

I understand your office staff are quite busy, but
please place this at a higher priority as he is
trying to get the "Passage" produced this week for
the spring term issue.

His office number is 838-9642.

Here is how his schedule is looking for this week:

Monday: 2-6 p.m.
Tuesday: 11-1:30
Wed.: 2-6 p.m.
Thursday: 11-1:30
