We have an open task to install the SmartBoard
software on one of your laptops from ITC001 and to
also give admin privileges to a few faculty users.
 Is there any way we can either meet one of you at
ITC001 when you are available or have the laptop
dropped off to us?  We can make sure to get those
tasks done for you.

Install files for SmartBoard (See Bill Hamlin
88704) to new Mac laptop on cart.  It is in the
storage room in ITC 001.   He couldn't remember
the wou number but its brand new (begins with 2013).  

They would also like administrator rights added on
this Mac for certain faculty, including
