restarted printer, reinstalled drivers

The problem just started this morning, according
to Debra. She sends a print job to the printer,
but nothing happens at all, no response from the
printer. 
Right now, the printer says its on sleep mode.
Normally she pulls out the paper trays, and it
wakes up the printer. But not this morning.
