Katie Halvorson	May 28, 2013 01:53 PM	She goes to print a WORD doc on her mac and the print job never gets there. Other users' print jobs are getting to printer, just not hers. She gets an error from her computer saying printer is busy and will retry and is never successful. She also gets an unable to connect to printer error. Printer screen says ready.
