I need some additional information regarding

I was just wondering when would be a good time for
me to come over to make you an admin on your machine.

Mary,

I went over to your office and worked on your
computer. I got the
printer hooked up and updated your whole machine.
Since you have a mac
machine I will actually need you to be on campus
to make you an admin.
So please let me know when your back on campus and
I'd be happy to run
over. I will leave your service request ticket
open until we are able
to make you an admin on your machine.

I live at the coast and will not be there in my

Instead of 12-1 she is around 1-2

The languages printer is no longer there.  We
replaced it with their new printer and it is
called PY-Maslow.  Someone will need to help her
connect to this new printer.

She goes to print a WORD doc on her mac and the
print job never gets there.  Other users' print
jobs are getting to printer, just not hers.  She
gets an error from her computer saying printer is
busy and will retry and is never successful.  She
also gets an unable to connect to printer error. 
Printer screen says ready.

Today 3-4
Tomorrow 1-2, 3-4
