The machine is not responding. I log into the
system with my user account and it was successful.
But the issue is non of the web browsers seems to
work. I try several times and it freeze there is
no respond. Even Sophos anti virus icon has a red
X symbol on it. This could be cause by virus
attacking the system.The solution could be
re-imaging the entire computer.

and had the student log in again as well after
restarting the computer.

Hi,

This is Christopher Mansayon over at the Library.
We're having trouble with one of the computers in
the study rooms. Users are connected to MASH but
are unable to access the internet. I reset the
computer but that didn't resolve the issue. For
the time being I had the student log into TS for
internet usage.
