Actually I need you to reopen this and find our
laptop. It was removed
from our office by Megan Eichler and another UCS
employee who we don't
know. There is probably some confusion because you
were working on (2)
laptops at the same time for us. One was a request
from Chelsee Blatner.
That laptop was a 2009. And this request from me.

i had them log in with the cable and it worked

they may have had a bad cable, i gave them a new one
