Set up the computer, returned the loaner. Instructed him to let us 
know if I missed anything.

Loaner is set up in his office. Imaging his PC now.

Computer won't boot into any of the safe mode options or the 
last known good configuration. Going to replace it with loaner 
WOU #20071163[Edit Inv] so that we can reimage it.

Computer won't start up.  Never gets to the log in
page and just keeps restarting itself.  He has not
seen any error or anything, just keeps restarting
itself.  He can see his cursor in the center of
the page but it is always a black screen.  He sees
the black screen for 10-15seconds and then it
restarts itself.  No function from his keyboard. 
He walked into the issue this morning.  

He is around now till 430.  He is in Library offices.
